Errand Pal is a business that helps people do their errands. Errand Pal workers are all over the United States. Our typical employee would be anyone over the age of eighteen who is looking to make extra money. With much advertising, it would become apparent that working for Errand Pal is quick, easy, and flexible. A perspective customer can choose when and where he/she wants his/her errands run. They also can choose the worker who will be performing the task on the Errand Pal website. Each worker has a profile with previous customers’ reviews. Therefore, a possible customer can get a “feel” for his/her potential worker. In the first six months, after a service is performed, a short customer satisfaction follow up text message will be sent. The feedback Errand Pal receives will be then posted on the worker’s profile page. Next, the customer and the worker sign a few agreements saying that they understand that Errand Pal is not liable if they get hurt or if the task is not completed. Then, both parties agree on a negotiated price and receive confirmation from one another that they both understand the price and time of the job. Errand Pal's goal is to relieve unnecessary stress from busy people’s lives. Working all day does not leave much free time to pick up groceries, dry-cleaning, or any other desired errand.
